ALL clips were taken from mid to low Diamond 1 ranked games. Not all games were able to be used due to LoL recorder not recording all matches in spectator mode.

Runes:

Marks - Flat AD
Seals - Flat Armour
Glyps - Flat Magic Resist - Can replace with Magic Penetration OR Cooldown Reduction
Quints - Flat AP

Masteries: 30/0/0. Taking all AD + AP masteries including "Bladeweaving" and "Spellweaving".

Build: Spirit of the Spectral Wraith, Sorceres Shoes, Haunting Guide INTO Liandries, Morellonomicon, Void Staff / Deathcap, Rylais. (Lich Bane and Hourglass are also great choices)

Strengths: Fast clear time = getting top fast for 2v2's.
CRAZY early game damage for ganks, counter ganks, invades, counter invades and clears.
You start the game with +15 AD and +24 AP and have 4 sources of damage at level 3. Passive + AD and your W does as almost as much damage as your Q
Make use of auto attacks in ganks and clears whilst kiting well,
Take a note of your passive when clearing and ganking. Try to lead with an auto attack BEFORE abilities; to get your passive again faster. Try to use an ability before moving fom Wraiths to Red Buff if your passive is due soon.
Ziggs offers amazing poke and kite late game. This helps SO much in team fights, when you are turtling and need wave clear or when you are looking to siege - See video for tips.
The "tank" meta doesn't really apply. The defensive tree is strong but most Supports and Top laners go */21/*. This leaves a void for mobile sustained poke in the jungle instead of assasins more tanks.
Easy 1v1's against Jungle Elise, Shyvanna, Gragas, Lee Sin, J4 if played right.
