This technique does not need to be used ONLY to get first blood. Remember you can do this at any point of the game with a variety of champions. Communicate with your jungler and experiment with this technique! Getting a well timed red buff can heavily impact the game especially when duelling top lane.

The basic concept of this technique is to set up traps (turrets, shrooms, saplings) at red. Then bait the enemy into a skirmish/duel, whilst your jungler lures red over your traps to give you the buff unexpectedly and turn the tide of the duel.
