Great for shoulders, skin the cat is a two part movement. With rings at head level, more than shoulder width apart, grab the rings with your palms facing away from you. With arms straight, raise knees to your head, and curl into a ball. Keep rotating until your feet are up, and your head is down, so you are inverted. Perform a pass through, meaning that you keep rotating in that same direction, until your feet go onto the floor. Keep your palms facing the same direction the whole time. The second part of the motion reverses all these movements until you’re back to the original position. Do this with a partner so you don’t get stuck! Perform reps at your own pace and frequency.
